Creating & Organizing a Notebook
A "Notebook" is the largest organizational tool in LabArchives. If LabArchives is an online file cabinet, then your Notebook is a drawer in that file cabinet. Within notebooks are folders, within folders are pages, and within pages are entries. Entries are individual pieces of data.
All information contained in your LabArchives account can be shared with other users. You can choose to share an entire notebook or only a single entry. You control who has access to your data and for how long as the Notebook owner. If you are part of a lab group it is important that you follow all guidelines established by the group and share your notebook with your supervisor.
