Engaging in the democratic process by voting is fundamental in shaping the future of our communities. By casting your vote not only are you fulfilling your civic duty, but you are contributing to the collective decisions that impact our daily lives, from local ordinances to national policies. Every voice matters, and every ballot cast is a step towards a more inclusive and representative society.
Lewis Library believes that informed citizens are the cornerstone of a thriving democracy and are guided by our vision of fostering an informed and engaged community. Through access to information and resources we hope to empower citizens to exercise their right to vote with confidence if they choose to do so.
