Library Copyright Institute ResourcesThe Library Copyright Institute has assembled a collection of copyright education resources that includes slides, webinar recordings, hypothetical scenarios, and other guides and documents that were created over the course of our IMLS grant term, which ends on March 31, 2025. These works focus on how copyright law affects libraries and archives. The collection includes more general instruction on copyright law basics, as well as more focused instruction on how copyright affects specific topics, such as Interlibrary Loan, the Music Modernization Act, course reserves, fair use, risk assessment, digitization, text data mining, machine learning, AI, licenses, and more.
